Local knowledge
drives sustainable land use planning and natural resource management
As longtime residents of Inyo County, we have a deep understanding for the natural resources and environment of the Eastern Sierra region. This local knowledge, coupled with our multidisciplinary staff that includes biologists and environmental scientists, allow us to provide a wide range of land use planning and natural resource management services. These range from wildlife surveys and sensitive habitat assessments, to invasive weed management and revegetation of disturbed sites using native plants and integrative restoration techniques, to wetland delineation and assessment of aquatic and avian species. We also provide pre-construction monitoring of sensitive resources and endangered species, and support for renewable energy development, ranchland and conservation easements, and sustainable land management.
