Customized environmental
surveys accurately assess and help avoid potential impact

TEAM Environmental’s multidisciplinary staff has the capabilities to conduct a broad range of environmental surveys, tailored to the needs of the project and the lead approval agency. We understand the requirements and procedures to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) in an effective and streamlined way, and our deep local knowledge of the Eastern Sierra region allows us to assess the biological, archaeological, and cultural resources potentially impacted by a proposed project. We work closely with public land managers, private landowners, local governments and regulatory agencies to ensure environmental compliance and to avoid and mitigate environmental impacts. We also provide environmental site assessments for commercial real estate, ranging from Phase I ESAs to Phase III corrective action of properties with soil or groundwater contamination.
